Lytle Title's fees for its services may be found elsewhere on this web site. Lytle Law, PC, when asked to draft a deed for closing, will charge the sellers $100.00 to do so. This is a fairly typical fee for that service. Lytle Law will charge the buyers $100.00 to represent them at document signing, which is also fairly typical.

Lytle Law will perform limited services in a real estate transaction of a ministerial nature. In the event of an actual, adversarial conflict between a buyer and seller in a transaction Lytle Law may be obligated to withdraw and not represent either party, although that will depend on the nature of the relationship, services performed, and information obtained during the course of the relationship.
