We are the first company in the area to deploy Transaction Point, an online transaction tracking system that allows clients, agents, and lenders to view closing documents and status online, any time, day or night (presently available only at our Canon office).
Each party – buyer, seller, lender or agent -- that is involved with one of our closings is given the ability to log in and access his or her closings. In the screen shots below, Janet Culotta, one of Liz Moore & Associate's award-winning agents, has her current transactions.
The detail per closing is amazing. We scan and post nearly every document associated with the closing, so they can be viewed and acted upon by the necessary party. It's like having our file in your file cabinet.
Similarly, as a status change occurs an email is automatically generated to let you know the file has been changed and updated. It's like having an assistant let you know how things are going.
